Working at Heights

Tower Fall Protection and Rescue

People that work on a telecommunications tower, pylon, antenna, or large steel structures are constantly exposed to the risk of falling. When a fall does occur, emergency responders are often too far away from the scene to respond and perform a timely rescue of the victim. Additionally, most haven’t received the training necessary to be able to safely perform a high angle rescue. That’s why it’s critical that workers be well-trained and able to perform a rescue in various situations.
