Inspection of Personal Equipment
In order to ensure safety during work at a height, the use of adequate equipment is crucial, but this equipment must also be in good working order. Methodical annual inspection of equipment is therefore an unavoidable step in ensuring worker safety.
This course provides all tools for being in a position to inspect personal equipment in a relevant and professional manner.
Content
- Knowledge of norms and standards with respect to fall protection equipment for work at a height.
- Implementing an equipment inspection log.
- Being able to inspect the various equipment items, particularly harnesses, shock absorbers, lanyards, anchors, lifelines, and connector hardware.
